Dogotea Account Deletion

At Dogotea, we take the privacy and data protection of our users very seriously. For this reason, we comply with Google Play Store privacy standards and provide a link for users with instructions on how to delete their account and associated data.

If you wish to delete your account and associated data in our app, please follow these simple steps:

• Log in to the platform with your user credentials.

• In the menu, go to the user profile option.

• Within the private information section, locate and click the "delete account" button.

• Follow the additional instructions provided to confirm the account deletion.

• Purchase and transaction history.

• Customized account preferences.

• Location information (if provided).

• Account activity log.

Data to be retained:

• Comments shared with the community. These will be retained under an anonymous username.

• Dogfriendly places entered in the app. These will be retained under an anonymous username.
